More than $1.9 million was donated by 130 sponsors which in turn the FFA awarded 1,539 scholarships in 2012 to assist students in their post-high school educational endeavors. This year Wade Walters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Walters, was awarded a $1500 scholarship from Hormel Foods Corporation. Congratulations to Wade as he continues his education at UNL.
